2026 LCGA Event Schedule

Annual Special Events:

LCGA 18 Hole- MARCH MADDNESS MATCHPLAY- The 3M Tournament

Format: Couple Best Ball Match Play

Each Couple will play Match Play Best Ball against another Couple. We will have four brackets similar to March Madness. When registering please indicate your closest clubhouse to represent, Deer Creek, Marshwood, Oakridge, or Palmetto. Please Note: If one team has more couples then the other we may have to move some couples around.

Only the couple that wins the match advances. The strokes given are based off the lowest handicap in group. When Calculating the handicap use the GHIN app, enter all players and the tees they are playing from, and change the Handicap allowance to 100%.

All Couples need to be registered by Feb 15th 2026. The first Match will be played the during the first two weeks of March, we will not have a formal “kick-off”. Each team will get one point for each hole won. The Team with the most accumulated points after the 18 hole round moves forward in the Bracket. Once we reach the Final rounds of the clubhouse brackets we will inform all members so they can cheer on the respective teams, for the Semi-Finals and Finals.

Teams are responsible for scheduling their own tee times. Rounds need to be completed by the completion dates listed below. Once the match is played, post the results of the match to the LCGA by emailing the results to LCGA@LCGALGAC.COM.

Teams are responsible for setting up their own tee times follows:
- 1st Round must be completed by March 15
- 2nd Round must be completed by April 5 (Due to Club Car 3 weeks to complete)
- 3rd Round must be completed by April 19
- 4th Round must be completed by May 3
- 5th Round must be completed by May 17
- 6th Round must be completed by May 31st
- The Final and Semi Final Rounds will be scheduled and sent to all members-

**IF A TEAM CANNOT PLAY THEIR MATCH WITHIN THE 2-WEEK TIMEFRAME, THAT TEAM WILL FORFEIT. If both teams can not find a mutual date within the two weeks, a coin toss may be used to determine the couple moving forward. However, if one player can play for the Team, that player can compete against the other Team as a single player. We are aware that sometimes nature or course closers may cause delays. Please contact the LCGA President ASAP if you run into a situation like this and a decision will be made that will allow a Maximum of 48 hrs to complete.

Prizes - each Club House Winner $75, Second place winner $$+251st place $75 total payout is $400
Matches are based on Index of Couple: 1st seed plays 4th seed and 2nd seed plays 3rd seed

Honey BB’s Couples 9 Hole Best Ball Series Starts in June 2026

This is designed to get to know fellow couples at the club and grow the community of golfers at The Landings. It helps members meet, mingle and grow in fellowship as they play with other couples and have opportunity to enjoy dinners/cocktails with one another after their round.

Couples play as many 9 holes rounds as they wish with all different couples
Three rounds need to be completed within the defined window of time
You can play as many rounds as you would like but only the top 3 rounds will count towards final ranking
A fourth round will be included that is posted from the closing Tournament
Net scores calculated using 100% players handicap with max 2 strokes per hole
Series begins with a kick off Shotgun event
Final Round to be played in November. (You must play this day to be in the final tournament.)
Tournament is flighted by total combined handicap; Flight Shoot Out follows
Trophies for all flights as well as overall winners
Dinner Party for Final Round at the Club

Date: Sunday, January 4, Format: 9 Hole Shamble, Time & Location: 3pm Marshwood, Dinner at Cabana Bar: Cabana Bar Nachos, Cantina Chicken Quesadillas, Fish Tacos, Philly Cheesesteak Empanadas $37.50++ per person
Date: Sunday, February 1 , Format: 18 Holes, Pick 6 Scramble: 4 person scramble. Each team will select 6 holes to play Men/Women: Club/Course: then 6 holes to play Medal/ Island and 6 to play Skidaway. Time & Location: 1:30pm Terrapin Point, Dinner at Craft Kitchen and Bar: Craft Cobb Salad, Slow Smoked Pulled Prok Sliders, Hot Honey Chicken Sliders, Mac and Cheese Skillet $37.50++ per person
Date: Sunday, March 1st, Format: 9 Holes1 or More net Better Ball (1 BB +), Time & Location: 3pm Magnolia Dinner at Marshwood- Private Dining Area or Arnies Tavern Terrace (all Buffet) Whipped Feta with Veggies, Tasso Hand and Chicken Eggrolls, French Onion Burger Sliders, Crispy Brussel Sprouts $37.50++ per person
Date: Sunday, May 3rd, Format: 18 Holes Par 3 Shamble : All players on a team hit their tee shots from the Par 3 teeing ground on each hole. The best shot is selected and all players then play their own ball from that spot until they hole out., Time & Location: 1:30 Oakridge , Dinner TBD

Most of our events will end with a member billed food function. We will inform all members of the food cost prior to signing up to play.

Golf Genius

LCGA will use Golf Genius for scoring on Events where it is supported. All LCGA members are encouraged to become familiar with the app. The Golf Genius Chair will train pairings volunteers to use Golf Genius to manage cancellations, waitlisted players, and tee box selections prior to play.

Signing Up for Events

LCGA will use Golf Genius for scoring on Events. To Sign up you need to go to the Landings App or Landings Website.

For a Golf Event: Go To Golf: Click on Golf Associations: Scroll to the bottom for LCGA Click on Click here for LCGA Events. You will be directed to Golf Genuis Register for the Event.

For Dinner Only: If you can not participate in Golf and want to join your other LCGA members for the dinner please sign up via the LCGA website www.lcgalgac.com You can go to the events tab and sign up.

2026 LCGA Nine & Dines

Beginning in February 2026, the Landings Couples Golf Association (LCGA) will be offering casual Thursday or Friday Night Nine & Dines. This is a fun, relaxed way for members to enjoy nine holes of golf followed by drinks or dinner with fellow couples.

How It Works

Format: 9 holes of golf, followed by optional drinks or casual dining at the host location
Tee Times:
- Consecutive tee times will be arranged a few days prior to play
- Tee times will be staggered between 3:00–4:00 PM
- Tee times will be sent through The Landings Golf Registration System
Sign-Up:
- Register via the LCGA website: www.honeybbs.com on the events page
After Golf:
- Couples are encouraged to stay and enjoy a drink or dinner
- You may wish to make a dining reservation in advance
